Müvekkillere ilişkin toplanan bilgilerin hepsi büroca gizli bilgi olarak akdedilmektedir ve müvekkillerin rızası olmaksızın paylaşılmamakta veya işlenmemektedir. Bu bilgilerin hepsi avukat-müvekkil gizliliğine tabidir. Büro, müvekkillerinden topladığı verileri sadece sunduğu hukuki danışmanlık ve avukatlık hizmetleri kapsamında yetkili merciiler ile veya müvekkillerin rızası ile paylaşmaktadır. 

Müvekkiller ile ilişkide bulunan 3. kişilere ilişkin kişisel veriler, büromuzca sadece hukuki yükümlülüklerin ifası sebebiyle toplanmakta olup, Bu bilgiler gerekli mahkeme veya yasal süreçlere delil olması bakımından avukatlık kanununa tabi olarak saklanmaktadır. Söz konusu hiçbir veri avukatlık görevi ifası dışında kullanılmamakta veya paylaşılmamaktadır.

İlgili kişiler; kişisel verilerin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, ilgili kişiyle bağlantılı kişisel veriler işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, kişisel verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması halinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme, kanunda öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, kişisel verilerin düzeltilmesi, silinmesi veya yok edilmesi hususlarına dair gerçekleştirilen işlemin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, işlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhe bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğranması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahiptir. 

Toplanılan hiçbir kişisel veri ticari veya gayrimeşru amaçlarla kullanılmamaktadır.

Web sitesi hizmet sağlayıcısı, internet sağlayıcı, Google Analytics ve buna benzer bizim kontrolümüz dışında otomatik toplanan veriler de tarafımızca saklanmamaktadır.  

Siteye girmeniz ve kullanmanız yukarıda sayılan ve web sitesince toplanan bu verilerin toplanmasına ve işlenmesine  (KVKK kapsamında veriler, çerezler vs.) açık rıza verdiğiniz anlamına gelmektedir. Söz konusu hiçbir veri tarafımızca 3. kişilere satılmamaktadır. 

Web sitesinden atıf verilen ve bağlantı gösterilen web sitelerinin gizlilik ve veri işleme politikalarından Ofisimiz sorumlu değildir.

Sitedeki içeriklerde bulunması muhtemel kişisel veriler; “Basın Kanunu” ve “ifade özgürlüğü” kapsamında veya hukuka uygunluk sebepleri ile birlikte işlenmiştir. Yine de aksini iddia ediyorsanız “sehven ve hata ile” yayımladığımız basın hakkı kapsamında olmayan kişisel verilerinizi sildirmek için irtibata geçmeniz yeterlidir. 

Gizli olmayan belge ve evrakların UYAP sistemine yüklenebilmesi için evrağın küçültülmesi veya yapılması gereken format değişiklikleri için kullandığımız 3. parti uygulamalara rızanız yokk ise aşağıdaki mail adresi üzerinden bizimle iletişime geçiniz.

None of this data is used or shared outside of the scope of the attorney's duties.

Data collected automatically outside of our control, such as website service providers, internet providers, Google Analytics and etc. is also not stored by us.

Our Office is not responsible for the privacy and data processing policies of the websites referenced and linked from the website.
